Takashi from South Australia has a property in Morphett Vale, and was recently notified by a neighbour that the tenant was damaging the property. He wanted to know if it was worth kicking them out or not.

If you have a good policy in place, you shouldn't have to worry about the damage too much, but you're property agent should be dealing with the tenants.
