Episode 7 - How To Take The First Step

This week on Property Investing With Australia's No.1 Roxy and I spoke with special guest Karen Daley.

Karen is one of our new Branch Managers at Property Club. We recently had a Members BBQ at my house, it was a great afternoon with more than 50 people in attendance. There Karen met Lisa and Jeff, a couple who have started building a successful investment portfolio through Property Club.

They told Karen about taking that big step and investing in property for the first time: ‘Our family and friends talk about how lucky we are to be building a portfolio but it’s nothing to do with luck, it’s all to do with taking that first step.’

I met Lisa and Jeff 20 years ago in New Zealand and if it wasn’t for them taking that initial step back then they wouldn’t have built the portfolio that they have now. A lot of other people I met at the same time are still sitting where they were because they didn’t even take the first step.
