G'day!

Kerry is asking which type of property I prefer out of units, houses and land. The answer is that I like the one that can help me to reduce my tax as much as possible!

You can’t get wealthy by pouring all your hard earned money into the governments pocket, so my advice is to start with townhouses and units which will help to decrease the amount of tax you’ll be paying.

It’s definitely a good idea to diversify your portfolio, but I reckon get your tax to a minimum first.
